By accessing or using the Pinnacle Partnerships platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.

Pinnacle Partnerships reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Pinnacle Partnerships provides a collaborative platform for real estate professionals — including realtors, mortgage brokers, attorneys, and financial advisors — to manage transactions, share documents, communicate with clients, and coordinate with deal teams.

The platform includes features such as transaction workspaces, milestone tracking, document management, meeting scheduling, direct messaging, analytics, and AI-powered assistance.

You must create an account to access platform features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information as needed. Pinnacle Partnerships reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

Leads generated from the Pinnacle Partnerships website and social media platforms are communicated to the partner membership. Referred prospects indicate which partner member directed them to the site and receive confirmation emails.

All initial contact with prospects must acknowledge the source of the lead and include appropriate Pinnacle Partnerships branding, website URL, and opt-out links in written communications.

Partners must limit outreach to a maximum of 2 contact attempts per week and cease contact after 8 unsuccessful attempts within one month.

Partners are encouraged to recommend other Pinnacle Partnerships members based on prospect needs. Transaction committees of two or more members may be formed to collaboratively complete transactions.

After closing, partners must schedule evaluation meetings within 2 business days, send personalized thank-you communications, and include all transaction team member names in post-close correspondence.

No disclosure of customer information outside transaction committees is permitted without written authorization from the customer.

Pinnacle Partnerships is committed to 100% transparency throughout all professional dealings. All partners are expected to uphold this standard in every interaction.

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful or offensive content, to interfere with the platform's operation, or to attempt unauthorized access to any part of the platform.

You may not use automated tools to scrape, extract, or collect data from the platform without prior written consent from Pinnacle Partnerships.

All content, features, and functionality of the Pinnacle Partnerships platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — are the property of Pinnacle Partnerships or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without express written permission.

Pinnacle Partnerships provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's reliability, accuracy, or availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pinnacle Partnerships shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. Pinnacle Partnerships reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or for any other reason at its sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
